Custom Tooled Sharon Saare Saddles by Randy Aldrich. The first saddle is Ray Miller Western Trail Saddle, D Tree, tooled with horse shoe boarder having been a professional Farrier for over 50 years I requested this border. It is also rawhide trimmed, brass hardware and dropped rigging. The second saddle is Bobbie Hazard Miller Trail Saddle DD tree, she had made. With rawhide trim, brass hardware, Drop rigging. In these pictures Rays saddle is new and Bobbies is 15 years old. Both of these saddles were custom fitted to the "Toads" Dodger Morgan Gelding and Dancer Morgan Mare.

Bobbie and I have been working with and for Sharon Saare and her company for over 35 years. Sharon was one of the first to develop a current bare tree saddle tree fitting system for the conformation of the modern horse or mule. As the horse's backs and conformation changed over the years she would develop new tree sizes to meet those requirements. Here Saddle has been and still is sold worldwide.
Sharon was an expert endurance rider having won the Tevis Cup World Championship three times. She was also an excellent Horsewoman and Breeder of good horses.

The first one is Bobbie's new Sharon Saare Saddle with a DDD tree that fits most of the Gyspy Vanners here at the Diamond D Ranch which she co-manages with her husband Ray. It has silver & Brass conhos, pine cone tooling. She has also hung her Campbell Spurs that Mr. Campbell of Amarillo, TX made for her while she was working on the XL Ranch.
Those following picture shows how you can custom order any type saddle, seat padded or unpadded, rigging, color, horn or tooling (note my horseshoe border above) that you would like. The range of saddles are Pleaseur, Trail, Cutting, Reining, Barrel Racing, Working Cow Horse, Roping, Bulldogging, Endurance, Gaited Horse and Gaited Mules and Mules. You can also talk to Randy (saddle maker), myself or Bobbie about the different types of hardware you would like. Such as Brass, Gold, Silver, Gold and Silver, Brass and Silver, Nickle Sliver. Type of horn and pomel and the cantel style. Sturps can be order several different ways: rawhide, leather, plain, are just a few. All saddle are custom hand made to the tree that fits your horse or mule.
